Questions to ask in the interview

All 25 appointment setter interview questions
  1. 1

Walk me through how you'd open a cold call to a business like ours.

A good answer: A short, natural opener that says who they are and why they're calling, then a question that gets the other person talking.

  2. 2

Someone says "just send me an email". What do you do next?

A good answer: They agree, ask one question that makes the email useful, and try to book a set time to follow up.

  3. 3

How do you track your calls, follow-ups and booked meetings?

A good answer: A CRM or a clear sheet updated after every call, with notes and a follow-up date, so nothing is lost.
