StaffPick helps businesses find tested remote staff and helps people anywhere in the world get hired. We test profiles, show matches and pass on intros. Unless you choose Done For You, the business and the worker agree their own working arrangement directly.

• Joining, testing and getting intros is free. We never take fees from your pay.
• Everything on your profile must be true and about you. Tests must be taken by you, without help.
• We may decline or remove a profile that is misleading, copied or unsafe, and we tell you why.

• Browsing tested profiles and running the AI shortlist is free.
• Requesting intros needs a plan. Hire Direct is a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime; payments are handled by Whop.
• Use intros only to offer genuine paid work. No spam, no requests for unpaid trial work beyond a short paid test, no attempts to collect workers' personal details outside StaffPick.
• Done For You is covered by a separate agreement we send before it starts.

AI drafts profiles, briefs, messages and match reasons. It can be wrong, so check what it writes before you rely on it. Test scores and matches help you decide; the hiring decision is yours.

We work hard to test people well, but we can't guarantee how any person or business will behave. To the extent the law allows, StaffPick isn't liable for losses from a working relationship you start through the site.
