# StaffPick (staffpick.ai)

> StaffPick is a marketplace for tested remote staff from anywhere (virtual assistants, customer support, appointment setters, social media, bookkeepers, video editors, designers, developers, marketing and e-commerce). Every listed person took StaffPick's English, typing and role tests and passed an ID check. Businesses in the US, UK and Australia hire them directly or through StaffPick.

## How people are tested

- English: a short written answer plus multiple-choice questions, graded by AI and reported as a CEFR band (A2 to C2) with a score.
- Typing: a typing test in the browser, scored on words per minute and accuracy.
- Role quiz: a quiz written for the person's role, graded by AI, out of 100.
- ID check: reviewed by the StaffPick team. ID images are deleted after review; profiles keep only the result.
- Profiles show scores with test dates. A profile is listed only after the person consents and it passes review.
